From asking me many questions about what type of house I was looking for, features of the house (including what I did not want). She took the extra time to explain houses in the area I was looking in, and explained all the good features and what to look out for in the bad features. Even with the market being slow, she worked very hard on keeping in touch with me and never tried talk me into something so she could have a quick sell.
